KIEV, March 16 (Itar-Tass) – The Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry has set up 35 heating points for drivers trapped by snow blizzards in western regions of the country.
The ministry also has prime movers and all-terrain vehicles ready to help out stranded vehicles at the most affected sections of the roads.
The situation is most challenging in the Lvov, Volyn and Rovno regions. About 1,100 people and 600 pieces of heavy equipment are helping clear the roads of snow.
