KRASNOYARSK, March 14 (Itar-Tass) – A 12-year-old girl has been reported missing in the town of Kodinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, a spokesman for the local department of the Russian Investigations Committee told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
According to the spokesman, the girl’s mother turned to the Kodinsk police when her daughter had not returned from school on March 13.
“According to preliminary information, the girl left home at eight in the morning on Wednesday. Since then, nothing is known about her whereabouts. The girl has never before run away from home,” the spokesman said.
The search is underway. A criminal case has been opened on charges of the murder of a minor (Article 105 of the Russian Criminal Code).
