MAKHACHKALA, March 10 (Itar-Tass) – Investigators say that the federal judge, Akhmed Radzhabov, was killed because of his professional activities.
A spokesman for the Dagestan department of the Russian Investigations Committee said on Sunday that the principal theory of the murder in Radzhabov’s professional activities.
Radzhabov was killed at about 22:30 Moscow time near his house in the town of Izberbash, Dagestan. An unidentified person called him out of the house and made several shots. Radzhabov died instantly, the assaulter fled.
A criminal case was opened on charges of assaulting a judge and illegal possession of arms.
