MOSCOW, March 8 (Itar-Tass) – Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev used his Twitter page to congratulate Russian women on the International Women’s Day on Friday.
“I congratulate our beloved women with the spring holiday,” he wrote attaching a picture of tulips to the greeting.
Interestingly, the prime minister was among the first men to greet women on their day – the Twitter record was made at about three in the morning Moscow time.
