VOLOGDA, March 7 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said that an unexpected figure would be appointed to head the Bank of Russia.
“The figure will be unexpected. You will like it,” Putin told journalists on Thursday when asked who’s going to head the Central Bank of Russia after Sergei Ignatiev has stepped down as its chairman.
