MOSCOW, March 7 (Itar-Tass) – The Tagansky District Court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest of all three defendants in the criminal case over the criminal attack on Ballet Artistic Director of the Bolshoi Theatre Sergei Filin on Thursday. Under the court verdict pronounced by Judge Marina Orlova, leading ballet dancer Pavel Dmitrichenko, who is a suspected contractor of the crime, perpetrator of the criminal attack Yuri Zarutsky and driver Andrei Lipatov, who brought the perpetrator to the crime scene, will be kept under arrest until April 18.
“Upon considering the materials produced the court ruled that a petition from the detective should be satisfied,” the judge pronounced the court verdict against each defendant.
