MOSCOW, February 22 (Itar-Tass) – The Russian State Duma lower house of parliament passed under the first reading on Friday a package of bills prohibiting Russian officials from holding bank accounts abroad or owing foreign-issued shares and bonds. The bills were submitted to Duma by President Vladimir Putin on February 12.
