MOSCOW, February 19 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow is planning to hold open debates over Afghanistan at the ministerial level in mid-March, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said on Tuesday.

"We're planning to hold open debates at the ministerial level in mid-March and discuss all aspects of the present-day Afghan situation," Gatilov said.
