GORKI, February 12 (Itar-Tass) – Vladimir Filippov was appointed as chairman of the Higher Attestation Committee, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting devoted to the fulfilment of the state commitments to increase the salary to pedagogical workers on Tuesday.

“I would like just to inform the education minister and all officials present that I signed a resolution over the appointment of Filippov as chairman of the Higher Attestation Committee,” Medvedev underlined.
