KAZAN, January 12 (Itar-Tass) – The criminal case of the Bulgaria cruise ship, which sank in the Kuibyshev water reservoir in July 2011, may go to court in February.
The chief of the investigative team Aidar Galiyev said the accused are about to finish reading the 100 volumes of the case. The more than 200 plaintiffs have already studied the files.
“In February the case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office of Tatarstan for authorizing the indictment,” Galiyev said.
There are five defendants in the case, including several officials of local inland waterways watchdogs.
