The large refrigerator trawler Island Sakhalin towed the distressed ship to the anchorage in the Avacha Bay, the Kamchatka sea rescue sub-center told Itar-Tass on Monday.
The refrigerator vessel Korsakov, which is registered at the port Nevelsk and belongs to the Sakhalin company Hydrostroy, got in distress 27 kilometres away from the port Ozernoy on the south-western coast of Kamchatka. The rudder blade has jammed in the trawler.
