MOSCOW, December 27 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s government has taken final shape, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.

“The first phase of establishing a complicated system – and the government is certainly a complicated system – has been accomplished successfully. A workable, business-minded and professional team has been formed, for which the head of government largely takes the credit,” Putin said at an on-going meeting with the members of the Cabinet of Ministers.
