Two persons die in hotel fire in Russia’s Far Eastern Khabarovsk

MOSCOW, December 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Two persons died in a fire that broke out in a hotel in the Russian Far Eastern city of Khabarovsk, a spokesman for the local emergencies department told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

According to the spokesman, the fire at Mechta Hotel started at 20:15 Moscow time and consumed 15 square meters. Two persons died.

An investigation is underway.
