MOSCOW, December 14 (Itar-Tass) —— The detectives have exposed the second suspected killer, who shot down VGTRK television reporter in Nalchik Kazbek Gekkiyev.
Nalchik resident Inoyat Tabukhov, 24, was put on the wanted list, spokesman for the Russian Investigation Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Friday.
“In the search operation the detectives jointly with the police operatives confiscated the video records from the CCTV cameras on the suspected way of the escaping criminals and then succeeded to expose and identify the suspects with the assistance of witnesses and eyewitnesses,” Markin said.
Two contract killers shot down the television reporter on December 5 in Nalchik. Kazbek Gekkiyev was gunned down from a pistol Izh-79 that was converted for the gunfire. The television reporter died of gunshot wounds instantaneously.
A killer was identified earlier. He was identified as Zeitun Baziyev, who was put on the federal wanted list for banditry before.
