MOSCOW, December 10 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma lower house of Russia’s parliament already this week will consider a bill in response to the Magnitsky Act, Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin announced at the first International Parliamentary Forum on Monday.
“This week the State Duma will consider the corresponding bill prepared by the members of all house factions,” the head of the lower house of parliament said.
