KRASNOYARSK, December 9 (Itar-Tass) —— A Boeing passenger jet of Nordwind Airlines has made a safe emergency landing at the airport of Krasnoyarsk. The plane with 279 passengers and eleven crewmembers on board left Krasnoyarsk at 09:40 local time (05:40 Moscow time) for Phouket, Thailand, but had to return to the airport of departure due to flaps retraction problems.
The plane circled over the airport for several hours to burn fuel.
