MOSCOW, December 1 (Itar-Tass) — The U.S. Congress ban on the contracts with Rosoboronexport can damage Russian-American cooperation, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told journalists on Saturday.
“When we see the final document, we will say what influence it can have upon cooperation,” the Russian diplomat stressed.
“We do not want damage to be caused due to harmful feelings,” the Russian deputy foreign minister said.
