MOSCOW, November 29 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian government does not intend by administrative methods to limit the outflow of capital from Russia, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said at a press conference after a cabinet meeting on Thursday.

“We must bear in mind that nobody can introduce restrictions on the capital outflows administratively, we have a liberal currency legislation in this case,” Shuvalov said, adding that “we will not take restrictive measures of administrative or legislative nature.”

The first deputy prime minister stressed that the RF government understands how the capital outflows forms today. He also stressed that, for example, when the deal on the acquisition of TNK-BP is completed next year, “it can formally affect the outflow of capital.”
