MOSCOW, November 26 (Itar-Tass) — Police detained 140 people when Spartak Moscow and Dynamo Moscow played at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday, the press service of the city police department told Tass on Monday.

“A total of 140 people were detained for different violations at the football match. Administrative offense reports were drawn up against 119 of them,” the press service added. Its sources stressed that police had prevented any major incidents during the match. Almost 4,000 police ensured law and order in Luzhniki on Sunday.

Spartak Moscow swiftly fired on Sunday Spanish coach Unai Emery following a 5-1 defeat to Dynamo Moscow.
