MOSCOW, November 24 (Itar-Tass) —— The driver of a BMW car who struck a traffic policeman in Moscow on Saturday morning is being sought by police, the Moscow police press service said.
On Saturday, at 06:50, at the crossing of Michurinsky Avenue and Lomonosovsky Avenue, policemen stopped and blocked a BMW X6 driven by an unidentified man for a violation of the traffic regulations. The driver did not obey the policemen's lawful orders, struck a patrol car, and then the BMW struck a policeman, injuring him. After that, he escaped, a police source said.
Police take all steps to find and detain the driver.
