YEKATERINBURG, November 22 (Itar-Tass) — Su-24 bombers will resume flights in the Central Military District on November 23, the district’s press service reports.
All Su-24 flights have been suspended since November 1 after a Su-24 plane had crashed in Russia’s Chelyabinsk district. No one was hurt in the crash. Both pilots ejected themselves from the aircraft.
A nose cone problem is believed to be the root cause behind the crash.
