MOSCOW, November 22 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma will approve a bill on fans in two months, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Igor Ananskikh told a press conference here on Thursday.
“The bill on fans will be passed in the State Duma from the Russian government and will be debated in the first reading in 2-3 days,” he said. “It can be said already now that several amendments will be made in the bill,” Ananskikh said. “There are few of them, but they are significant. As a result the second and third readings of the bill can take place in 2 and two and a half months, after that this law will be enacted,” he underlined.
