MINSK, November 20 (Itar-Tass) ——Belarus is not satisfied with Russia’s oil supplies plans to the country for 2013, Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich said on Tuesday.

According to Myasnikovich, the oil balance for 2013 is a problem issue he plans to discuss over the phone with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.

“So far, we are not satisfied with the oil volumes that are discussed with Russia’s deputy prime minister and there are sound grounds for that, even taking into account that we have agreed that next year we will sell three million tons of refined products to Russia on market conditions,” he said at a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Belarus has state-of-the-art oil refineries putting out European-quality products. These facilities, in his words, should be rut at their full capacity.

Belarus hopes that oil supplies in 2013 will reach 23 million tons. This year, it will receive 21.5 million tons of oil.
