MOSCOW, November 20 (Itar-Tass) — Unidentified persons have stolen from the construction site of a facility in the Skolkovo innovation centre two diesel generators and 2 thousand metres of electrical cable, the press service of the Moscow police told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

According to the police, two diesel generators and 2 thousand metres of cable were stolen from an unguarded open area, and the facility management reported this fact to police at around 19:00 MSK on Monday. The total damage has exceeded 1 million and 700 thousand roubles.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted over the incident under the “theft” article, the search and investigation activities are underway.
