MOSCOW, November 19 (Itar-Tass) — A car rammed into the bus stop and knocked down three people to death in northern Moscow. Three people died of wounds instantaneously and several other people were injured, the Moscow law enforcement agencies told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“The Honda-CRV car rammed in the pylon of the electric power line in the Onezhskaya Street for the yet-to-be unclear reason, then rammed in a bus stop. As a result three people died of wounds instantaneously and at least two people were injured,” a source in the Moscow law enforcement agencies said. The woman was behind the wheel.
An emergency helicopter landed at the incident site, the doctors together with the medics from the ambulances are examining the injured people.
This is not the first similar road accident in Moscow for the last few months. For instance, on September 22, Alexander Maksimov, who was under the affect of alcohol and drugs, ran down seven people to death at the bus stop. Five teenagers, who are the winners of the Moscow festival of arts of children with disabilities “We are together!”, were killed. The court arrested Maksimov for the time of investigation. The police reported that he was already stripped of driving license for drunken driving in 2010.
