This is not the first similar road accident in Moscow for the last few months. Five teenagers, who are the winners of the Moscow festival of arts of children with disabilities “We are together!”, were killed. The court arrested Maksimov for the time of investigation. The police reported that he was already stripped of driving license for drunken driving in 2010.
