MOSCOW, November 16 (Itar-Tass) — Two militants involved in grave crimes are blocked in a private house in Dagestan’s Khasavyurt, ITAR-TASS learnt at the Information Center of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).
“At 06.00 Moscow time, units of the operational headquarters of the Republic of Dagestan found and blocked in a private house on the outskirts of Khasavyurt two active members of the so-called Khasavyurt gang involved in numerous grave crimes, including murders,” a NAC representative said.
Within the framework of the legal counter terrorist operation regime, which is in force in the region, residents of neighbor houses are evacuated, the bandits are offered to lay down arms and surrender. “In return, they opened fire from fire arms at commandos. At present, the active phase of the operation is underway,” the source said.
