MOSCOW, November 16 (Itar-Tass) —— One person was killed and eleven others were injured in a traffic accident involving a passenger bus in Russia’s Tambov region, a spokesman for the Russian emergencies ministry told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
According to the spokesman, the accident took place at 21:00 Moscow time on Thursday in the Tambov region’s Sampursky districts. The passenger bus carrying 25 people rammed into a truck. “According to preliminary information, the bus driver died in the accident, eleven more people were hurt,” the spokesman said.
An investigation is underway.
