NALCHIK, November 15 (Itar-Tass) — A man was injured in the explosion of a bomb, which detonated at 09:00 Moscow time on Thursday, in the Nalchik park at the cafe Trek, the press service of the police department in Kabardino-Balkaria told Itar-Tass.
“The Nalchik resident, who got a fragmentation wound, is being identified,” the press service reported.
The team of detectives is working at the blast site. The police interception plan was introduced in the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria.
