MOSCOW, November 12 (Itar-Tass) — The police are searching for a participant of a wedding motorcade that opened fire in the air in western Moscow, the press service of the Moscow police department said on Monday.
“The alarm call came in the police at about 16:00 Moscow time on Monday that the shots were heard from a car driving near 50, Academician Anokhin Street in the Western Administrative District of Moscow,” the press service reported.
During the inquiry of this information the detectives found about four shots were made from the wedding motorcade driving nearby. The police have found four empty cartridge shells at the incident site. To lawful demands of the police to stop the wedding motorcade did not react and kept on driving.
“The participants in the wedding party are celebrating the marriage at the banquet hall near the Vorobyevskoye Highway. The policemen arrived there and are taking measures to find a person, who had made the shots,” the press service said.
