GORKI, November 12 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian government will allocate 90 billion roubles for the development of the rural territories until 2020, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting with his deputies on Monday.
“Today I signed a special document, the concept of a federal target program for sustainable development of rural territories from 2014 to 2017 and for a period until 2020, which is targeted at the creation of normal conditions of life in the rural districts,” he said.
The funding from the federal budget for these years is quite good – 90 billion roubles, but these tasks cannot be resolved without the mechanism of co-financing in the Russian rural districts, he noted.

The second stage (2018-2020) envisages the acceleration of the social development in the rural districts according to a forecast growing need in the creation of comfortable conditions of life in rural districts.
