Prosecutor’s office demands ban access to webpage of massive killer

On November 7, Vinogradov shot down seven employees of the pharmaceutical company Rigla at its Moscow office

MOSCOW, November 12 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian prosecutor’s office demands from the Russian telecommunications watchdog to close the access to the webpage of Dmitry Vinogradov, who is accused of massacre, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office told Itar-Tass on Monday.

“On the instructions from the Prosecutor General’s Office the Moscow prosecutor’s office urged the Federal Service for Supervision in Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications to shut down the access to the webpage, which belongs to Dmitry Vinogradov,” the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office said.

On November 7, Vinogradov shot down seven employees of the pharmaceutical company Rigla at its Moscow office. Five people died instantaneously, one more wounded person died at the hospital. The doctors are fighting for the life of a wounded young woman.

The criminal case was opened against Vinogradov for murder of two and more people and attempted murder.

“The fact that Vinogradov posted the human hatred appeals and statements and several photos on his page in the social network VKontakte caused the measures of prosecutor’s response,” the prosecutor’s office explained.
