MOSCOW, November 9 (Itar-Tass) — The capital outflow from Russia amounted to about five billion dlrs in October, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach told reporters, citing the ministry's data.
The outflow is continuing, he said.
The ministry for the time being does not change the forecast for this year -- it remains at 60-65 billion dlrs.
Some days ago, Bank of Russia changed the capital outflow forecast for this year, raising it to 67 billion.
