Children eager to meet Ded Moroz should send a "kind" story which took place in reality. Winners will be guests of honor at the birthday party of the Russian Master of the Winter

ST. PETERSBURG, November 7 (Itar-Tass) — The Russian Ded Moroz (Father Frost — a renowned figure at New Year celebrations all over the world) has launched a new project on the Internet titled "Tell about Kind People." The Russian "sorcerer of the winter" has been looking for people who helped their friends in trouble, or performed any other noble act. The characters of the most interesting stories will be invited to Ded Moroz' birthday party he will celebrate in his fairy-tale estate in Veliky Ustyug.

Children eager to meet Ded Moroz should send a "kind" story which took place in reality. " I am already acquainted with some of these characters, but many others remain in the shadow yet. I am eager to learn all about them," Father Frost said in a video address on his official website.

Meanwhile, children have already sent 25 stories about kind people to Ded Moroz. All of them will be available on his official website www.dom-dm.ru.The winners will be guests of honor at the birthday party of the Russian Master of the Winter which will be celebrated in his residence in Veliky Ustyug in the Vologda region on November 18.

The guests invited to the birthday party will spend the whole day with Father Frost and other fairy-tale characters from Russian fairy tales and the fairy tales of far away countries. In the evening, they will switch on the colorful lights on the first New Year Tree decorated in Russia this year.
