Justice of the peace court arrests two participants in wedding shooting case for five days

On September 30, the police detained a wedding motorcade in central Moscow, as the participants were shooting in the air

MOSCOW, November 2 (Itar-Tass) — The Justice of the Peace Court number 369 in the Tverskoy district in Moscow arrested Ruslan Mamedrzayev and Zurab Ramazanov, who were participating in the Dagestani wedding shooting in downtown Moscow, for five days each. The third defendant Aziz Selimov was fined at 1,000 roubles.

The offenders were found guilty under Article 19.3 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences for the disobedience to the lawful demands of the police. At the court session Mamedrzayev and Ramazanov did not plead guilty, claiming that they obeyed to the police, when their wedding motorcade was stopped and fulfilled all their demands. For his part, Selimov pleaded fully guilty and stated that he confesses in the crime.

On September 30, the police detained a wedding motorcade on the crossroads of Mokhovaya and Tverskaya Streets, as the participants in the wedding motorcade were shooting in the air. About 15 people were brought to the police, administrative protocols were filed against them for violation of the rules to use the sound signals and shaded windows in the car.

The administrative protocol was filed against Murat Agalarov, who opened the fire, for violation of the rules to use the traumatic guns. Later the Justice of the Peace Court arrested him for 15 days, finding him guilty of petty hooliganism. The court also arrested another guest of the wedding for five days for the disobedience to the demands of police.

The Moscow Garrison Military Court will try a military case against another participant in the incident Adil Magomedov on November 8, as the latter is a serviceman.
