MINSK, October 30 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in a one-on-one format.
“It is good that we meet at this moment, there are issues to be discussed,” Lukashenko said. “We are meeting with a friend, I’m disposed for a positive conversation,” he added.
“Whenever you have the time, I’m ready to talk,” Lavrov replied.
There was no protocol video recording of the meeting for journalists. The video pictures and text of the meeting have been released by the press service of the President of Belarus.
