NOVO OGAREVO, October 29 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin instructed Gazprom to start developing fields and building a gas pipeline in Eastern Siberia within the shortest time possible.

“Putin instructed Gazprom to finalise all issues within the shortest time possible and start the construction. This basically means a go-ahead for two projects,” presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Monday, October 29.
