KIEV, October 28 (Itar-Tass) —— The turnout at the Ukrainian parliamentary elections reached 22.43% by the noon local time (14:00 Moscow time), the press service of the Ukrainian Central Elections Commission reported on Sunday. The reports about the turnout came from 62 election constituencies out of 225 constituencies.
Under the Ukrainian election legislation, the parliamentary elections can be found valid with any turnout.
