NALCHIK, October 28 (Itar-Tass) —— Kabardino-Balkaria’s law enforcement agencies launched a pre-investigation inquiry into the shooting, which was opened by an officer of the anti-extremism centre E of the main Interior Ministry department in the North-Caucasus Federal District, a source in the republican investigation department of the Russian Investigation Committee told Itar-Tass on Sunday.
“A 31-year-old policeman has made a shot at about 04:00 Moscow time on Sunday in a 25-year-old hotel security guard, a Nalchik resident, who was hospitalized with a wound not dangerous for the life,” the detective said.
