MOSCOW, October 26 (Itar-Tass) —— Net profit of the state-run Rosneft company, calculated under the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), increased by 38.1 percent in the first nine months of the year, as compared to the same period of 2011, and reached 236.195 billion roubles (USD 1 = RUB 31.48), the company underlined in its report published on Friday.

In the period under review, the company pre-tax profit went up by 29.9 percent to 2745.304 billion roubles.

In January-September 2012, the company’s earnings grew by 32.4 percent to 1.306 trillion roubles, the company underlined in the document.
