MOSCOW, October 26 (Itar-Tass) — The investigators have enough evidence over the case opened on charges of preparation for mass disorders after the Anatomy of Protest-2 film was shown, and the evidence given by Leonid Razvozzhayev, State Duma member Ilya Ponomaryov's aide, was not key one, Russian Investigative Committee official Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass, commenting on Razvozzhayev's voluntary surrender repudiation.

"And how can actions of people who constantly change their testimony, say one thing today and quite opposite a few days later, be commented on?" Markin noted. How, for example can be explained why Razvozzhayev's wife Olga Smirnova on October 22, when questioned by the investigator as a witness in the presence of an attorney, said that on October 19 her husband was at home, and remembered that it was Friday and told the investigator in detail what her husband did and that he spent time together with his children, and the next day she changed her testimony and stated that it was not October 19, but October 12.

Razvozzhayev at first stated he voluntarily gave himself up and said in detail about his movements and made no statements to the investigator about tortures or other crimes, and later after certain events, he repudiated his testimony, the official said.

"If Mr. Razvozzyaev and his comrades in arms think that their testimony or the repudiation are key ones in the investigation, I can disappoint them. The investigation has enough other evidence and proof received and checked in an investigative way, which will be enough to establish the truth, about which the defendants and their comrades in arms speak so much," Markin stated.

Another defendant, Left Front leader Sergei Udaltsov, is summoned to the investigator this Friday.

The criminal case on charges of preparation for organization of mass disorders was opened against Left Front leader Udaltsov, his aide Konstantin Lebedev and State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomaryov's aide Leonid Razvozzhayev after the facts of the Anatomy of Protest-2 were checked. The film has a video recording of discussion of possibility to organize mass disorders in Moscow and some other regions in Russia.

The investigators will also check the information about possible preparation of terrorist attacks in Russia by the participants in the meeting shown in the film. If the information is confirmed, legal assessment will be given to the actions of Udaltsov and the other participants in the meeting, including the Georgian citizens, an SK source said earlier.

In connection with the case, Udaltsov is not allowed to leave the country, and Lebedev and Razvozzhayev are arrested. Charges are brought against both. Razvozzhayev was on a federal wanted list. On October 21, he informed the main SK department that he wished to voluntarily give himself up, the Investigative Committee said.
