MOSCOW, October 23 (Itar-Tass) — President Barack Obama winned the third and final presidential debate. A CNN poll put Obama as the winner by 48% to 40% of Mitt Romney.
The debate in Florida was devoted to foreign policy.
Barack Obama critisized opponent's statements conserning Russia.
Obama said the Republican presidential candidate was seeking to turn back the clock to the 1980s in foreign policy. Mr Obama reminded Mr Romney that few months ago he had cast Russia as the number one geopolitical foe of the USA instead of al-Qaeda.
Mitt Romney had to defence - he said that his words were explained false.
