NALCHIK, October 20 (Itar-Tass) — The counter-terrorist operation regime was lifted in Kabardino-Balkaria at 18:00 Moscow time on Saturdaym, October 20.
The regime was imposed at 12:30 Moscow time in the hard-to-access wooded mountains in the Elbrus District.
“Search and reconnaissance operations were carried out in this area northeast of the settlement of Verkhny Baksan,” the republic’s authorities said.
