MOSCOW, October 20 (Itar-Tass) —— President Vladimir Putin has created a new department – Department for Public Projects – with his administration.
The department has been created for the purpose of “strengthening moral and spiritual foundation of Russian society, improving public policy in the field of patriotic upbringing, and implementing significant public projects in this area”, the presidential press service said on Saturday, October 20.
Putin also appointed Pavel Zenkovich to be the head of the new department.
