MOSCOW, October 19 (Itar-Tass) — Leonid Razvozzhayev, assistant to State Duma Deputy Ilya Ponomaryov, has been put on police wanted list on chargs of preparation and organization of mass disturbances. Police have initiated criminal proceedings in connection with facts set forth in a film titled “The Anatomy of Protest-2”.
“The main investigation department of the Russian Investigation Committee has put Razvozzhayev on the federal wanted list. Investigators wanted to carry out a search raid on Razvozzhayev’s apartment and question him. However, they failed to establish his whereabouts,” Vladimir Markin, an official spokesperson of the Russian Investigation Committee, said on Friday.
Konstantin Lebedev, an aideto Left Front leader Sergei Udaltsov, was taken into custody in connection with the film.
Sergei Udaltsov, the third participant in the case, was set free after being questioned and upon giving a written pledge not to leave the city.
