MOSCOW, October 18 (Itar-Tass) — Moscow has no global projects to construct unique buildings, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Thursday.
“We have no global projects to build unique facilities. We changed the ideology of the investment programme: all resources will be aimed at solving problems that arouse everyday concern,” Sobyanin said.
“Our investment programme will be designed to repair roads, entrances, reconstruct yards, highways and build the metro. These are the large-scale plans not only for Moscow and for the whole world,” the mayor said.
