MOSCOW, October 16 (Itar-Tass) —— Organizers of an opposition actions in Moscow said on Tuesday they had obtained a permit from the city authorities to stage rallied on October 20 and October 21.
“We have been allowed to hold a rally on Moscow’s Trubnaya Square on October 20, from 12:00 to 18:00 Moscow time, and another one – from 15:00 to 21:00 Moscow time on October 21, also on Trubnaya Square,” Petr Tsarkov, one of the actions organizers, told Itar-Tass.
The actions will be held in support of the elections to the so-called opposition coordinating council due on October 20-21.
