MOSCOW, October 14 (Itar-Tass) — Polling stations have opened in Russia’s easternmost regions of Chukotka, Kamchatka and Kolyma where municipal and regional elections are taking place on the single voting day on October 14.

More than 4,000 elections and referendums of various levels will be held in 77 out of 83 Russian regions on Sunday.
