Hospital building balconies collapse in Zhukovsky, none hurt

The cause of the collapse has yet to be established

MOSCOW, October 13 (Itar-Tass) —— Balconies of the Zhukovsky city hospital have collapsed, the Russian Emergencies Ministry's department for the Moscow Region told Itar-Tass.

Officers on duty received the information about the incident at 07:10 Moscow time. Balconies of the Zhukovsky clinic building collapsed from the ninth to the ground floor, a department source said, adding that groups of rescuers and firefighters immediately went to the site.

The cause of the collapse has yet to be established.

Nobody was hurt, and evacuation was not needed, the source said.

It is a concrete 11-storey one-section building. The hospital has beds for 500 patients.
