MOSCOW, October 10 (Itar-Tass) — Seven people have died in rainfall flood in Derbent, Dagestan, an official at the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (RME) information department told Itar-Tass here on Wednesday.

"According to preliminary data, seven people died in the rains-caused flood, and 1,120 people, among them 280 children, have found themselves in the flood zone," the RME official said.
