MOSCOW, October 7 (Itar-Tass) —— A fire broke out in a spice-packing plant in the city of Malaya Vishera, the Novgorod Region.
Ablaze were 7,000 sq m, a Russian Emergencies Ministry source told Itar-Tass.
The fire is localized, the source said.
The fire alarm was received at 18:30 Moscow time on Saturday.
Eighty percent of the 10,000-sq-m building collapsed.
There were no reports about victims. According to the preliminary information, there were no people inside.
Firefighters were continuing working at the site to extinguish the blaze.
